1. Website operator and purpose
This website introduces JetHost’s server-side implementation, software development, and social media marketing services. JetHost is based in Commercial Sector C, Lahore, Pakistan and can be contacted at support@jethostmax.com. The written engagement identifies the contracting parties for each project.
2. Enquiries and project agreements
Website content describes work that may be discussed; it is not a binding quotation. An enquiry or form submission does not create a services contract. A project begins only through the acceptance process specified in the written proposal or engagement agreement. The engagement agreement defines the applicable project terms and how any inconsistency with general website information is resolved.
3. Scope, approvals, and client responsibilities
The proposal defines deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, review points, and each party’s responsibilities. Clients should provide accurate information and agreed materials, arrange appropriate access, and give required approvals. Changes to scope, dependencies, or assumptions should be documented with any effect on fees and timing before the changed work proceeds.
4. Authorised technical access
Clients must have authority to commission work on the systems, accounts, domains, and data concerned. Technical permissions should be limited to the agreed work and supplied through an appropriate channel. Production change windows, backups, rollback arrangements, and any operational support are defined in the engagement rather than assumed from this website.
5. Fees, expenses, and timing
Fees, invoicing, applicable taxes, payment arrangements, expenses, and third-party costs are set out in the agreement. Advertising spend and third-party production or licensing costs should be identified separately. Project timing depends on the agreed scope and dependencies. Acceptance criteria, maintenance, and support obligations apply only as agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality and credentials
Both parties should identify information requiring confidential treatment and use it only for agreed project purposes, subject to their agreement and applicable obligations. Do not submit credentials through the website form. Access sharing, storage, revocation, and return or deletion of project information must be addressed in the engagement.
7. Ownership and licensing
Ownership and licence rights in custom work are determined by the engagement agreement. Existing tools, reusable materials, and third-party components may remain subject to separate rights and licences. Clients must have the necessary rights to supplied text, software, images, brand assets, advertising accounts, and other materials. No automatic transfer of intellectual property is promised by this website.
8. Third-party services and outcomes
Projects may depend on third-party software or platforms whose terms, availability, and decisions are outside JetHost’s control. Server performance depends on the environment and workload; marketing results depend on multiple factors, including platform decisions and audience behaviour. This website does not guarantee uptime, a speed multiplier, followers, sales, reach, or advertising returns.
9. Cancellation, termination, and handover
Cancellation and termination arrangements follow the engagement agreement and applicable rights. Relevant completed work, committed costs, access revocation, outstanding balances, and handover should be reviewed as part of closing the engagement. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the matters to address; it does not introduce an automatic non-refundable deposit or blanket denial of refunds.
10. Responsibility, warranties, and disputes
Any warranties, liability allocation, limits, and remedies must be expressly reviewed and agreed in the contracting documents, subject to rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not establish a blanket exclusion of liability or a fixed liability cap. Raise concerns at support@jethostmax.com so the parties can review the facts and agreement. Project-specific provisions on governing law, jurisdiction, formal notices, and dispute procedures belong in the engagement agreement. If a matter is not agreed, the applicable legal rules determine it.
11. Permitted website use and changes
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse the enquiry form, or attempt unauthorised access. Service use is also subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and engagement terms. Website information and policies may be updated; changes to an existing engagement follow its agreed variation process rather than being imposed by an unnoticed website edit.
