2. Information you provide
You can contact JetHost by email with your name, contact details, and a description of your project. The website enquiry form requests your name, email address, service interest, and project description, with optional company, website, and timing fields. Attachments are not accepted through the form. Please do not include passwords, API keys, customer records, or sensitive access details. Email correspondence is handled by your email provider and ours.
3. How enquiry information is used
Enquiry details are used to understand your request, communicate with you, and discuss a possible engagement. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages or create a service contract. If a project proceeds, relevant correspondence may form part of its records. Data we may access within a client system or marketing account is separate from website enquiry data and must be addressed in the relevant engagement and any necessary data-processing agreement.
4. Website operation and security
The application creates a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and short-lived submission identifiers for abuse prevention and duplicate-submission control. Rate-limit records expire after one hour and are removed on a later submission. The application does not store enquiry bodies in a database or intentionally write them to its logs. The hosting service may record connection details, requested paths, time, response status, and browser information in access or error logs for site operation and security.
5. Email delivery and service providers
Website form delivery is currently unavailable. A form submission may be validated by the server but is not forwarded to our mailbox; an unsuccessful submission leaves your entered text in the form. Please send project enquiries directly to support@jethostmax.com. Our hosting and mailbox providers handle the technical records and correspondence needed to operate these services. Provider processing locations depend on the services in use. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry. This policy will be updated before a new form-delivery provider is enabled.
6. Cookies and external content
The website sets no application cookies and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage, analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps, chat widgets, or external fonts. Interface selections remain in page memory and reset when the page reloads. Locally served files may be cached by the browser. See the Cookie Policy for the inventory. Following an external link or a mailto link is governed by the destination service’s practices.
7. Retention and security
The website retains abuse-prevention records only for the short period described above. Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is needed to assess and respond to the request, manage an associated engagement, or address record-keeping obligations and disputes. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant service settings and retention cycles; deletion from an active mailbox may not immediately remove a backup copy. Input limits, server-side validation, request checks, and restricted server configuration reduce risk; they do not guarantee absolute security. The public website uses HTTPS.
8. Privacy requests and children

We may ask for enough information to verify the request and locate the correspondence without collecting unnecessary identity documents.
