How do I get a quotation?
Send a description of the problem or intended project. JetHost can clarify requirements and prepare a written scope and quotation once the necessary context is available.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Tell us what needs to improve, who uses the system or content, any existing website, and your approximate timing. An initial enquiry does not need a complete specification.
Can you work with existing systems?
Existing systems can be assessed as part of discovery. Feasibility depends on their configuration, constraints, documentation, and authorised access.
How should I share technical information?
Start with a sanitised description. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer records, or access tokens through the enquiry form. An appropriate access method can be agreed for the project.
What if the scope changes?
We discuss the effect on deliverables, fees, dependencies, and timing before changed work is agreed. The written proposal defines how approvals and variations are handled.
Are third-party costs included?
The quotation should identify the relevant costs and who pays them. Licences, advertising spend, and outside production are not assumed to be part of the service fee.
Who owns the completed work?
Source code, creative assets, existing tools, and third-party materials can have different ownership or licence terms. These are set out in the engagement agreement.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Ongoing support is separately scoped unless included in the proposal. Responsibilities and any response commitments must be agreed in writing.
Are marketing fees and ad spend the same thing?
No. Marketing fees cover the agreed service work. Advertising spend pays for platform placement and should be shown separately, along with any third-party production costs.
Do you sell hosting packages or domains?
This website describes server-side implementation, software development, and social media marketing. It does not offer hosting packages, domain registration, or a hosting control panel.
