JetHost / PROCESS

Start with the problem. Agree the way forward.

A proposed engagement model built around context, a written scope, and work that can be reviewed. The details are agreed for each project.

01

Initial enquiry

Share the context.

Describe the issue, existing setup or workflow, and what you want to achieve. Approximate timing and relevant constraints help establish a useful starting point.

OUTPUT A shared starting point.

02

Discovery and assessment

Understand before committing.

Discuss the environment, users, available information, and dependencies. Any assessment requiring system access must have an agreed purpose and authorisation.

OUTPUT A clearer problem and feasible direction.

03

Written scope and quotation

Define what belongs in the project.

Document deliverables, exclusions, fees, third-party costs, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and approval steps. Commercial terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement.

OUTPUT An agreed basis for the work.

04

Implementation and review

Make progress visible.

Configure, build, or produce the agreed work. Review at the points defined in the proposal. A new request or changed dependency is discussed before it changes the scope, cost, or timing.

OUTPUT Work ready for agreed validation.

05

Validation

Check against the intended behaviour.

Use the relevant checks and acceptance criteria: representative requests for server changes, functional behaviour for software, or agreed content and campaign requirements for marketing.

OUTPUT A documented review of the result.

06

Documentation and handover

Leave a useful record.

Provide the agreed materials, configuration or setup notes, and the information needed to operate or use the work. Confirm account access, licensing, and ownership according to the agreement.

OUTPUT A defined handover and known next steps.

07

Ongoing support, if agreed

Scope the next phase separately.

Maintenance, further development, campaign work, or operational support can be discussed as a separate scope unless already included. Availability and response commitments are only those agreed in writing.

OUTPUT Clear responsibilities beyond the project.
